User survey 2024

Lib4RI is conducting a user survey, and we need your input! As part of our ongoing effort to improve and tailor our services to your needs, we want to gather feedback to support you in your research as best we can.

Our goal is to provide the best possible service to you. To stay on track with our users' needs, Lib4RI wants to regularly evaluate itself. With the 2024 user survey we therefore aim to review our performance, improve our services and overall user experience, and extend our portfolio.

We will analyse the results over the summer - and take action from your feedback!

  • Duration: The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
  • Deadline: Please submit your responses by 30 June 2024.
  • Topics covered: general satisfaction, resources, current & future services, trainings, interaction with the library

Data privacy note: The survey is hosted by SoSciSurvey. It runs entirely on EU servers. This guarantees data privacy on GDPR level. All of your responses will be kept anonymous by default. Your answers are not tied to your IP address and you are not asked for your email address. However, there is also space for open comments and questions that we will are happy to answer if you leave us your e-mail address. Anonymous comments will be answered in a report on the results, to be published towards late summer 2024.
